In our busy lives, everything is digital, that is, computer dependent. Nowadays, everything from office work to online web series, movies, spending time on social sites is now done in the computer. Besides, I have my favorite smartphone at hand during leisure time.

 

Currently, most government and private offices in Corona (Covid-19) have decided to work from home. For that, all the office work of many people now have to be done at home on computer or laptop. As a result, most of the time looking at the digital screen, various eye symptoms are seen. Some of these symptoms are - dry or dry eyes, eye irritation, itchy eyes, etc. Many people start using eye drops for all these problems. Today I will give you some home tips that will help you to get rid of this type of eye problem.

  • You can wash your eyes frequently with cold water.
  • You can walk outside to take occasional breaks from work, as a result of which continuous work will cut off the dullness of the eyes.
  • If necessary, you can give a splash of water in the eyes with a few drops of rose water in cold water. Because rose water is very beneficial for the eyes. This reduces tears, itchy eyes, etc. It is also beneficial to take rose water mixed with water in cotton and put it on the eyelids.
  • Rinsing the eyes with water soaked in mint leaves cools the eyes and reduces the discomfort of the eyes.
  • At leisure, you can put the cut cucumber on the eyelids, it keeps the eyes cool and reduces eye discomfort.
